JOIN US FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENING OF FOOD, DRINK AND LIVE MUSIC, WITH WELCOME DRINKS CREATED BY A HILTON MIXOLOGIST, AND A SPECIAL COLLABORATIVE MENU, CRAFTED BY FOXES HOTEL AND HILTON CHEFS”

Throughout the month of Feb (from the 1st to 28th) we will be running our normal Spring Menu but with a specials menu alongside it with one starter, main and dessert from our EXFF menu.
Our menu was designed by our Foxes Hotel chefs, Chef Paul Taylor (Hilton Birmingham Metropole) and Chef Stuart Duff (Executive Head Chef for UK & Ireland Hilton Hotels Worldwide).
