Date for the Diary: Free Bread Making Course

Join Chef Lecturer Werner Hartholt on Friday, 11 July 2014, for a fun bread making course. Learn to make Ciabatta, Pitta Bread and Foccacia.

The course, which starts at 9 am and finishes at 3 pm, is free. It takes place in the kitchens of The Combe at the Business Skills & Enterprise Centre, West Somerset College, Minehead.

The Combe takes part in the Exmoor Food Fest in February 2015.
