Proud to be in the Food Fest for this our first year. Our in-house informal restaurant offers simple dishes, well executed with the emphasis firmly on superb local ingredients, freshly prepared.
Sourcing and provenance is close to our heart. Picking produce that is fished, farmed or reared within the region. West Country meats include our beef, lamb and Exmoor pork. Fish is landed at Appledore off Ilfracombe’s very own day boat vessels. Plump tidal mussels from the Torridge are always available. Staple vegetables are picked from the Great Field in Braunton all year round and feature liberally throughout our menu.
