Share the chefs’ passion for flavours at the Exmoor Food Fest launch

Award winning Chef Tim Zekki believes great food begins with great ingredients; he seeks out the finest local suppliers, for the highest quality produce. He brings creativity and skills honed over 30 years as a chef, and a healthy obsession with food, including foraging, hi-tech techniques and fine ingredients.

For this year’s Exmoor Food Fest Tim is gathering together some of Exmoor and Somerset’s most talented and passionate chefs, for a launch event over two evenings at Wiveliscombe’s hidden gem, Duende restaurant.

The menu, secret until the night as is usual for Duende, is 6 courses of locally sourced produce, with an optional wine flight put together by Tim’s wine expert Clare of Christopher Piper wines.

The evening is £75 per person, the optional wine flight is £35.

The chefs joining Tim over the two evenings are chefs Joe Roach and Sophie Rogers from The Farmers Arms at Combe Florey, Olivier Certain from The Bittescombe Inn, Martin Bayliss from New Coast Kitchen in Croyde and Miguel Tenreiro from Porlock Weir Hotel.
