ExFF24 tasting menu throughout February at Duende

Come and join us at the newly refurbed Duende in Wiveliscombe, for a special Exmoor Food Fest menu, Friday and Saturday nights throughout February. The tasting menu is £55 per head, 6 courses, optional wine flight £40.

Amuse Bouche 
Roasted chicken dashi, cured egg yolk, sprouting lentils
Pan roasted minus 8 glazed mackerel, sourdough and almond crumbs
Guinea fowl, salted caramel sweet potato, braised spinach, puffed rice, Jerez sauce
Creedy Carver duck breast, rye pancake, forest fruit & barley
Pot au creme, maple syrup, lava salt
