Inspired by some time assisting Atul Kochhar and his team, Tim Zekki is increasingly drawn to Indian spiced dishes.

For the Exmoor Food Fest Duende presents a Spice Fusion 5 course Tasting Menu, Friday 10 & Saturday 11 March.
This five course tasting menu is £55 per head.
There will be an optional matching wine flight available at £35 per person. To book, email bookings@duenderestaurant.co.uk
