This beautiful 16th Century Inn offers a warm welcome, creative menus, quality ales and a collection of fine vintage wines. With its flagstone floors and oak beams it offers a relaxing characterful base from which to explore the Quantock hills.
Using fresh ingredients the Inn provides both an a la carte menu and a more causal menu at lunchtimes.
Matured Exmoor Grazed Steaks, Fresh whole fish, Cornish Mussels & Porlock Bay oysters are regularly on the menu.
Freshly grown vegetables and fruit are provided both from the Inn’s own garden and a local organic farm and orchard.

2 course lunch for the price of £12.50 on the following dates:-
5th – 9th of Feb and the 19th – 23rd of Feb both Monday to Friday Only
On 23rd of Feb we will be offering a 7 course Exmoor tasting menu in the evening at £35.00 per head.
