A Warm West Country welcome awaits you at this award winning county Inn.

We are thrilled to be showing off some of the best of what Somerset produce has to offer:  we aim to source our ingredients from local farmers and producers, including venison and vegetables from within 1 mile of the Inn and our own home grown seasonal produce whenever possible.

This beautiful 16th Century Inn  offers a warm welcome, creative menus, quality ales and a collection of fine vintage wines. With its flagstone floors and oak beams it offers a relaxing characterful base from which to explore the Quantock hills.
Using fresh ingredients  the Inn provides both an a la carte menu and a more causal menu at lunchtimes.
Matured Exmoor Grazed Steaks, Fresh whole fish, Cornish Mussels & Porlock Bay oysters are regularly on the menu.
Freshly grown vegetables and fruit are provided both from the Inn’s own garden and a local organic farm and orchard.
