Mike Griffiths, head chef at the Farmers Arms, was joined in the kitchen by Olivier Certain (Duende), Anita-Clare Field (La Petite Bouchée), Peter Mundy (The Ginger Peanut) and Tim Zekki (Duende) who created an exciting menu of the best Exmoor beef. Even the delicious dessert (by Tim Zekki) contained beef!

So here are the Exmoor Food Heroes of the night, captured by photographer Jean-Phillipe Baudey :

And nothing would be possible without the fantastic people working in the kitchen and front of house!
