Last Wednesday, Claire’s Kitchen put up a pop-up restaurant in one of the Medieval barns at the Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre in Bossington.  50 guests enjoyed an owl display before sitting down for a Mediterranean fest of suckling pig cooked on the spit and paella.

Only two days until Claire’s Kitchen takes over one of the medieval barns at the Exmoor Owl and Hawk Centre between Allerford and Bossington.

Usually part of the stables, the barn will be all clean and tidied up, ready for a group of diners who are keen on a dining experience with a difference. The evening will start with an owl display in one of the other barns, before everybody sits down for a Mediterranean feast of suckling pig on a spit and paella.  It is a sharing menu, designed to get people talking.
